when i am in whatsapp video call it shows poor connection video paused.even if speed is good why i m facing such issues?video streams good,d/l speed is also ok..even in my 4g sim it doesnt show that sometimes.

399 is the most basic plan. It is meant for light usage like web browsing, perhaps one 1080p stream etc.
when you try things requiring good bandwidth like a video call you are bound to notice a lag especially if another device is using the internet as well. It can also depend on the quality of your router, the strength of the WiFi signal and the quality of your device. One single video call should work on 25Mbps unless many other devices are online.

I don't think the bandwidth is the issue. 30mbps is enough for at least 2-3 simultaneous 1080p streams. Most times a 1080p stream works alongside a 4k stream simultaneously as well. 30mbps is usually more than sufficient for a video call. Something else might be the issue.

i too think bandwidth is not issue..is it that all other device should not connected to it?sometimes it just comes that error very rarely though

i m not a heavy downloader.just for browsing and video calling and streaming thats it..but i guess i should take 100 mbps it is good as whatsapp video calling does require higher bandwidth for running smoothly.dont feel the need though

how come then in mobile network it is running ok but in my fiber it gets struck sometimes in between
