yea after they switched to jio upstream i get constant packet loss and unstable latencies to any server from 8 pm to 11 pm everyday tracerouting with winmtr shows that while they try to go through jio they have huge fluctuations in latencies but its fine upto the gateway where i get like 2-3ms

I was able to bypass their bs by obfuscating packets a little, which means either their middlebox is overloaded/malfunctioning or they're misusing some QoS feature on their router (most likely this, since it was "fixed" soon after I asked them and it started exactly at 0000 hrs). Whatever it is, I'm certain that this is intentional.

Well, they "fixed" it for like 24 hrs after complaining and now they are back at it again. Might as well pay for LTE instead since both speed and latency are multiple times better than "FTTH".

Same issue but starts at 5PM only. 2-40% loss. LCO doesn't give a shit. The support team transfer the tickets to LCO only. I don't know what to do.

Hey what are you? Network engineer? Devops?

I know nothing about network engineering or what they do and these things doesn't have anything to with DevOps (I think?), I do know things about them though.

Hey help me to file a complaint on PGPortal of Railwire. The list doesn't show Railwire as a broadband service. And what is broadband id?

Your username probably. They don't care, it doesn't affect them in anyway. The way their business is setup, everyone has "that's someone else's job" excuse. If you read the newspapers they get fined pretty frequently for all kinds of reason. What's your complaint anyway?
