Continuing from here, I looked around a little more and they are actually violating DoT's 'Net Neutrality' policy(?) . Since they've been doing this for a while now I'm assuming they'll keep at it, what exactly do I need to give TRAI to listen here (because I don't think they are going to entertain one-time random performance tests' results) ?

I'm assuming they are violating (ii) by partnering with Jio, since this wasn't a thing when they were using Airtel as upstream, this covers (iii) too.
Edit: IDK why but they aren't throttling connections to Measurement Lab's servers, or a couple others. Weird.
