I'm in a bit of a conundrum.
My LCO and his partner had a split. Now both of them are providing service in different areas. As a result of which my user id and vlan need to be changed. Due to this they need to update the plan on my account but BSNL has removed new plans from my SSA so I won't be getting the new plans. These kinds of duckery can only happen with bsnl. 🤦
@humblefool Yep, but I am on the Fibre Premium / 999 plan, not sure if that has any difference. How's your fibre signal levels? I noticed lower upload speeds when my signal levels were really low (like -30 to -35 dBm)
Did they change what was on their website last week? The 777 plan had 100 Mbps and Data-3.3TB but now it shows 100 Mbps and Data- 500 GB. And speed is only updated on that plan lol.
