I used to have bsnl 899 or 845 combo ie, 10mbps@ 12gb/day fup! And I used to get 23-29 SNR downstream
I upgraded today to 24mpbs @ 300gb/ month fup
SNR got down to 6.3 least, highest I got 6.8!
I looked up and found anything lower than 7 means disconnections frequently!
I have no better alternatives ( private)
Acc to many ppl their services suck, until they work it's ok, but any problem they won't correct, atleast it'll take 3-4 days for anything to get done!!
My question is , with bsnl broadband, is there any way they can get my SNR high, or 24mbps is too high for copper wires! And I should go back to 10mbps plan?
Anyone with 10mbps + plan getting good SNR margins?
