I had requested for BSNL FTTH on 27 Sept 2020 it got activated yesterday but I had opted for ₹499 plan with 40 Mbps speed but it seems they have activated wrong Plan !! What to do now ?? And how to get Billing Account Number and Service ID ...
This could be speed issues at the provider end too.. Like for me BSNL 20MBPS plan, I get only 8MBPS.. Upon contacting they said, users are more than capacity..
And btw.. I am a new user, had opted for 779 new user plan.. The guys activated 499 for me..
Ooh but as per BSNL tariffs the plan they activated is of 849 😭😭 whereas in 799 I could have got 100 Mbps (Double speed) 3300GB ... I have to pay for there mistake.. and also I would have preferred 30 Mbps @449 ... So anything possible now

@shin bro it's not 777 plan as it offers 500 gb whereas I am getting 600 gb... I am not at all concerned for new plan but I had opted for ₹499 plan which offers 300 gb at 40 Mbps and the BSNL babu has activated ₹849 plan 🤦🤦...
