Plan did not updated even after showing successful on selfcare

Still cancelled ☹️
 
BSNL has introduced these schemes without any preparedness. I have applied for plan change on 1st Oct. Still the status is in "Open" state. I've also sent a twitter message, but no action yet.
 
@varkey Do you remember the terms and conditions which I had quoted in another thread. Seems to be turning out true about Hotstar subscription. Lets wait and watch what happens 🙂

All ISP are have same set of issues , not just BSNL. We have seen complaints about Jio and Airtel when the new plans were announced. It all boils down to the representative/technician for your area. If they are good you will get good service.

Also patience helps. Give a month for things to settle down.
 
The lady (Accounts Officer) at BSNL office changed my plan two days ago to 300 GB Superstar plan by mistake after I specifically said I need the Fiber Value plan. My plan changed some time after midnight. Even got the Hotstar activation SMS. Next day I told her and she cancelled the Superstar plan and changed it to Fiber Value. So, I eagerly waited till midnight. The plan changed but didn't get any SMS until early morning about Hotstar cancellation and plan activation.
Now, even after the plan change on selfcare saying I have Fiber Value, the usage portal still displays 300 GB plan. Guess will only know after eating all that 300 GB data.
Also, the data usage has reset on usage portal after plan changed from Superstar to Value so I guess the plan is pretty much active.

Go to the Panbazar Main Office and get it changed. Will be quick.
 


I have changed my plan to fiber value from my last plan which was 750gb 100mbps. I wanted the extra FUP and the speeds remain same. Now I checked on the redirectbbportal after 2 days and it says 100mbps 3300gb. I was happy. But after few days it says 100mbps but 750g. what the hell? I can't even know if it is really correct as my old and my new plan speeds are same. what can i do?
 
Same thing happened to me @Sandy11, maybe it's a bug with the portal. In my case, old plan is 50 mbps, but I'm getting the speeds as per the new plan ie 200 mbps (Fibre Premium).

I guess would know for sure only after we exhaust the data limit.
 
The new plans are no more available in my SSA so that might be reason for mine issue.
 
The plan is back as well as speed. 😛 😛
