Plan did not updated even after showing successful on selfcare

Today I updated my 50 Mbps plan to a new 100 MBPS fiber value plan in self-care within a few seconds it got successfully but till now I did not get speed change neither it is showing in the fup portal, It is also showing 2 plans in my services of BSNL.

Might take a few hours I guess.
 
Some places have manual approval too, maybe it's that.

BSNL must be flooded with plan change requests now. Let's hope this opens their eyes.
 


I updated around 1 PM and still not changed that why asked.

In your case it appears to be automatic @Rushil, and the plan change appears to be processed, however may not have propagated to all their systems.

However in Kerala and southern states, it looks like the plan change is processed manually.
 
So what to do now? I will wait for tomorrow as it holiday and will go to the BSNL exchange after that luckily it's just 800 m away from my home.
 
Well I got in touch with BSNL provider at two places, they said the circular isn't up yet.. wait for a few days..
 

it will change automatically if done thru selfcare portal and that too within 15 mins...!!!
if not wait for a day and contact ur BSNL CSC....!!!
Process is seamless thru selfcare portal....!!!

Not everywhere, only in some states. In Kerala, Karnataka etc, the request through self care also needs to be manually processed.
