Jammu & Kashmir: BSNL Bharat Fiber New Plans (30/100/200/300mbps)

I don't have their t&c but it's usualy like this right, one connection per premises

@Sandy11 I don't think so as long as you're not selling it out commercially to other people in your neighborhood it should not be a problem. To me it's the same using a WiFi range extender just over a longer distance, besides had it been the case the govt. would not have provided unlicensed 5GHz spectrum (certain range only) for everyone to use.

I know it's fine and BSNL being govt org, even if they would have these in t&c , it would have taken them years to even find out i am doing that, but getting new connections seems alot easier as my brother/parents are tech n00bs

No Nothing. B4S solution customer care executive also unable to find whats the reason behind it. Right now i am experiencing uploads speeds in 500-600 Kbps and download speed is constant i.e 11-15 Mbps. Is there any problem with my fiber pigtail ??? But my TX nad RX power is also good. Tx Power is 2.44 and Rx Power is -15.455
@sid414 Let us continue here, there is no throttling from BSNL's side in my area. BTW what exactly is your internet hardware setup?
Last i heard B4S was providing wireless internet in Jammu, yours is completely via optical fibers, correct?

Today B4S solution customer care expert downgrade my Router Firmware (Software Version) to 1.0.35-200623 and somewhat speed is OK from my observation. May be the users who are experiencing slow or throttled speed is becoz of this firmware issue in their ONU in other words my internet speed will be maximum if i use some quality ONU.
