It says 2-3 business days but plan changes always happened within 1-2 hours for me. Check fuptopup site for confirmation, you won't recieve any SMS or anything when it happens

Placed request for Basic plan via selfcare. Order completed and I have been changed to Basic Plan
Getting speed of 36Mbps. No change to pings

I don't need much speed.
Primary use is office work , online study and OOT streaming with family (1 screen at time)

That was fast, looks like its automated in case of Maharashtra. Mine is still pending!
