Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband in Patna/Bihar

@AG98 PIng is the same everywhere in Patna i.e. bad. Speed is always constant more than your plan speed. You can refer above posts for pings. If you want to know the ping of any specific website or game mention that, I or someone else will try to share the results with you.
 
@imdarkray ill mostly be playing valorant and ffxiv plus online classes
 
here in nageshwar colony. boring road the speeds and uptime is good just the ping is not that good. 80+ even for indian servers
 

80+ ping is unacceptable for a wired connection, the max i can tolerate is 45 ms, looks like airtel's off the menu

its 15th and these dogs havent did anything ! as expected !
 
@mordfustang Did you guys try sending an email with ss to net@airtel.com ?
After my two pgportal complaints they asked me to send an email with screenshots to this email address. They said it's their technical team and they handle this. I had a word today with someone from their team- after explaining the whole thing for 15mins, he told me this needs to be done by their satellite team. I had raised a complaint saying my ping used to be 20ms for the gateway in Jan and Feb 2021. but now it's always more than 45ms. which is not acceptable. He has asked me to wait for few days for the resolution. I will update here if I get any further response.
 
Satellite team 🤣🤣. There is no satellite involved in home broadband which is FTTH. Or they have a different meaning for satellite, mobile last mile team may be .
 
@droid Yeah, I know. Actually, He was not getting that correct word for that team. Sometimes he said Satellite team and sometimes Technical team. But he was also from a technical team so he tried to explain to me with an explanation that the actual team who handles the routing and all.
