i did speed test for this server and got 121ms.

i mean just wow...really disappointed again.
I am paying for fiber and getting this.

@Ayu You should complain through the Airtel app. This way, it would be easier to pressurize your operator if it's a repetitive issue.

I request you all to write an email to Airtel nodal officer (nodalofficer.bih@in.airtel.com), explain the issue and attach traceroute on www.google.com and 8.8.8.8.
do mention you fixedline no and your mobile no.

we have to get this high issue resolved and get the service what we paid for.

From some days i am also noticing hight pings in pubg kr before it used to be around 40 to 50 but now its never less than 100
And when i tested ping on gtpl(jio) i got ping under 50 every time

on the 8th hop it goes through this server 52.93.116.149. I checked it's geo location and it showed up as Seattle,USA.

@Aarin yes you see that first req after gateway, that server is located in Maharashtra and latency is high from that first request itself.

trying mailing to nodal office (nodalofficer.bih@in.airtel.com). I have already done that, they contacted me but said its gonna be solved in 24 hrs which I doubted and also its been 20 hrs no further info.

Lets create some pressure by mailing them to change the routing to nearest server or establish a server in patna itself.

I asked my friend located in Bangalore for traceroutes so I can mail them along with mine and show them the difference in the routes taken.

Can anyone tell me how the ping is in Anisabad area? I play fifa 21 but gameplay is delayed and laggy even if I get ping around 30-45. I think the server is in mumbai for fifa. If anyone can let me know their experience or which broadband would be best in my area that'll be great.

Which broadband connection is best for gaming in patna then?

Other than that , Jio has good international connectivity. Rest local ISP is not good for gaming unless they are taking transit from some good provider
But they oversaturate the links which leads to Bufferbloat , avoid them if possible
You can test a friend's connection nearby if you have to go with it

@shashankb if it's not too much can you tell me few things that I can tell my ISP he can do to improve my gaming connection?
