Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband in Patna/Bihar

Now the pings are higher than ever even lucknow is 70 ms now euw was like 200 couple days ago but now it's 250 and us was like in 300 but now it is in 400 ! yikes Airtel really nice

Should I get airtel xstream fiber in Anisabad/Haroon Nagar ? Jio had installed the whitebox in front of my house in April only but still no progress on it and I am fed up of waiting . The college won't be opening and I really need a wifi now. My only concern is valorant ping . I currently use jio hotspot so 80-100 ping. How worse would airtel xstream would be? And if and when would it be fixed? And if I do not recharge for a fixed period, is there any extra charge to start the service again?

Better to use jio hotspot bcoz Airtel xstre will give you 90-100+ ping normally, 75-90 sometimes , if you are lucky, never below 75 tho , so just don't get it, it's better to wait for jio fiber bcoz jio gives better ping in valorant in bihar jio fiber gives 40-60 ping in Valorant in patna

In the Anisabad/Haroon colony area, Naval ji is the local operator for Airtel. The service is fine. But as we all have already mentioned a number of times, the pings are very bad. Gateway ping is around 45ms and sometimes becomes 85-90ms. You can then calculate the pings after that for your game- roughly it would always be more than 90+ms. Our suggestion is not to go for Airtel Xstream fiber in Bihar if you want it for Gaming. Other than this, service is good and the speed will always be more than your plan speed. Wait for 2-3 months, we have been told by Airtel they are going to setup the server in Bihar, and these ping issues will be resolved.

Yeah, that's the only reason for which I have been delaying getting Airtel. But I have spammed 10's of Work from home packs of jio as I need data and the jio fiber portal for connection request and don't know how much do I have to wait for Jio. I could live with 90-100 ping if it's for a few month. My primary reason is not gaming , but the unlimited data.

i would recommend u wait till the problem is fixed. pls dont suffer with us
 
@Aaditya Good for you. I had restarted my ONT and I too was assigned Noida IP that time but the speed was the same as the plan speed 100Mbps.
 
No the speed come for only 10 minutes during speedest it was like that only but when downloading any fille it was 48 mbps only
