ACT Fibernet FUP e-mail

ACT Fibernet usually sends e-mail to notify users of their FUP limit (like "you're halfway through, "data really low", "high speed zone no more"). But this month I have not received any such e-mail from them.
Has anyone crossed their FUP limit for this month and their speed has been reduced ? Or they are letting users cross FUP limit without decrease in speed.
 
I have 1250 GB limit, consumed about 500 GB this month.
When do we usually receive either of these emails i.e. after crossing how much % of limit?
 
50% - You are halfway through! Keep an eye on your data!
90% - Attention! Data really low! It's time to fuel your data!
100% - High-speed zone no more! Oops! Your data is over!

Surely going to miss these.
 
Ok, maybe I can try and hit the 50% mark for now to check this.
 
My data is 500 GB. i had recived the mail on 50% usage on act.
