setting favourites or allocating channel numbers in Jio?

Has anyone managed to figure out how to set channels or mark favorites on JioTv (on a television set) and not the Phone/tablet etc
There are videos and some info to long press the channel , however thats only when using app on Phone,
Also there seems to be no way to get to your favorite list when watching it on the TV

Anyone has any luck ???
Its a pain for my elderly parents to navigate all the way to get to their content or search every time with voice. They definitely prefer remember a few numbers , just click on it and get to the channel

Hi, I could figure out setting favourites in Jio set top box. You can store 50 channels but draw back is you would need to select favourite button when ever you want to access your favourite channel. Follow these steps
1. Click on Home then select Organiser then User Settings then Set Favorites. Use OK button to choose your favourite channels that's all.
2. Now click on Favourite button n play your favourite channel
