How to get a PVC Aadhaar Card for Rs. 50 from UIDAI?

Now I get this error 'Secure Connection Failed'

According to Mozilla

'A Secure Connection Failed error page will include a description of the error, an option to report the error to Mozilla and a Try Again button. There is no option to add a security exception to bypass this type of error.
The error page will also include the following information:

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. '

I thought trying early would do the trick, I got stuck at the payment stage was not getting the payment request. Though we have 5 minutes to approve the payment it gave a failure message on the site within 4.57 mins. I suppose there will not be a debit to the account as there was no acceptance, this is the first time I had a failed payment. What a bummer.😡😡
 
That's normal for me. Yesterday evening I was surprised that it worked so I did part of my work then it started acting up thats why I tried around 7.30 today. UPI payments would not work so I used a credit card. Coz I knew later I would not even be able to get Darshan of the web page. 😁😁

It has always been that way. Launch something, create chaos and then rush to fix it.. Thts what u call putting the cart before the horse.
