How to get a PVC Aadhaar Card for Rs. 50 from UIDAI?

Does the delivery need to be signed/delivered to your hand or do they drop it off in the mailbox if one exists?
 
Contacted UIDAI support on twitter and there is no response. This is just irritating. Instead of sending by post..they should have allowed the enrollment centres to print it.
 
@Jay its hand delivered & u have to sign for it. Since the postman knows me he just says he will write my name on his sheet. So we keep our distance & no need for me to touch his paper. Good for both of us.👍
@vroom Normally my debit/credit cards come either next day or within 3 days but then we are not in normal times. So I guess we have to let it be. Its printed in govt printing press so better control, hopefully.

When I said earlier they are just teething problems. Their might be integration issues. Looks like everyone is getting their orders now. I got mine as well yesterday.
