Reliance Jio and Hathway are blocking Twitch Streams during IPL matches

I'm a bit embarrassed but I can't seem to find the link on the website 1.1.1.1 to upgrade to warp+. I'm guessing I can only do it in either of the apps so I'll have to check them later.
 
You can only do it from the mobile app and then copy the account ID to the desktop app. Or there are scripts on github. Should be easy to find.

It doesn't seem to matter for me. On BSNL it always connected through mumbai, both WARP and WARP+. On Jio, it goes through France or Italy, tried both WARP and WARP+

Those are ingest though, the video delivered to the viewer would be more distributed.
