bsnl fiber down since morning in jammu and kashmir ? any reason

@prithu mahajan yes its down since Wednesday morning (around 10am) . It never happened for so long in last 4 months . For few minutes during evening status was up . Someone told me that some repair/upgrade work is going on and can take 1 day , but 5 days seems scary that too during weekdays.
@Sanchit3412 yes it started 30-40mins back but not in all areas. Speed is fluctuating 30-50Mbps but its glitchy overall with packetloss and high pings . Someone told me reason as some equipment burned and they would to try to restore internet anyhow and carry out repair work parallel. Seems the issue was bigger one as whole Region was without Internet that too for more than 1 day. It will take few days for smooth experience.
Yes , instagram posts loads very slow , whatsapp media take eternity to load but YouTube works fine.
