Help to Setting up BSNL Wings on ONT

Hi Guys,i have a bsnl wing account i try set up with my local ISP (kerala vision) but it's not registering in my ONT (sharp vison as 341 wt ) i tested with grand stream app it's working well please Anyone help me to configure it thanks

You might need to change the WAN profile type to INTERNET+VOICE (or something to that effect)
 
Post a screenshot instead of a photo of application screens
Sir, I created new wan profile but still service state : Registering
There's any other settings i have to change

I don't know whether its still relevant, but I believe the VoIP profile needs to be configured with DHCP IP assignment and not Static as @shameer seems to have done.
