@Realme no it is only possible after october 1. The plan is not yet published. I don't know whether i can schedule it.

BSNL nowhere mentioned that these plans can be selected from selfcare, BSNL is playing such a poor game with its customers
Check the circular. Plans can be changed by calling customer care.
if that is the case I am sure it will be possible via Selfcare as well. ..Till now they havent restricted plans via selfcare so why will they now.

If Plan change is possible than it is surely for existing customers as well.

bsnl ftth new plans will get in effect from 1oct which is bsnl foundation day.. and their corporate team has the right to implement these plans in their circles.. if they have choked bandwidth then even after implementing these plans customer are goona get too much speed latency issues.. so bsnl babus shud do homework too..

God I hope this plan hits my city, any Nagpur guys around here know anything ??
Nagpur here. You can bet we will be the last to get 😂

As per conditions it says where there is competition with similar plans.i dont think we have jio or airtel here. But I'm happy at 50mbps currently too. It's an amazing stable experience after broadband for a decade. If they get it in nagpur I might go for 100mbps then upgrade to 200mbps.

My worry is that this will choke the 3rd party providers networks. Mine has a pretty stable network and also provides railtel service. Don't know how it will go. People might abuse it.

Another worry is that the speeds might not be constant. I always get greater than 50mbps right now, upload or download. If they restrict any of if congestion is there then we might not get even the current speeds or stability.

All I'm saying is the bsnl plans especially for nagpur are pretty good. Don't really want them to fuck the current scenario.
