From Sunday, I'm facing disconnection issues almost frequently.
Modem+Router: Netlink GPON GEPON ONT HG323-RGW - XPON+1GE+1FE+1POTS+WIFI
Please see screenshot and advise.
The LCO is not even answering the phone and the customer support doesn't know what's happening. They're saying it could be due to Rx power not in between -15 and -25 but last time it was -8 and I had no issues whatsoever.
