I am experiencing a weird issue. Whenever I am playing any media (video or audio), it keeps on play/pause automatically on loop. Its like the spacebar key is somehow stuck. I called lenovo customer care, they told me to type something on notepad and then spacebar key was working fine and also on key test website also it worked fine.
They are denying any issue with the laptop keyboard.

I also updated Windows to latest version and then reverted to older version but nothing happened.

For the time being, I have disabled my laptop keyboard and using an external USB keyboard and issue is not reproducing.

Can someone please help?

I have the same issue but with letter 'b'key It got stuck but when I use backspace it's coming out from the loop .. if I didn't press backspace and open the notepad then without typing anything my notepad will look like bbbbbbbbbbbbb ..... It goes on until I press backspace and also my 'b' key won't work I have to copy paste from other words if I want to type 'b'... I reinstalled windows couple of times and it didn't worked ..

Is this problem occurring only when u watch videos on web or locally in your pc ? If it's locally in your pc try using different media player softwares like windows inbuilt media player , vlc , kmp etc... If nothing helps then resetting is the best option

Are you using a Bluetooth headset? They have play/pause keys on them which could be the culprit....

Test all the keys with a keyboard testing app. All check CPU usage from taskmanager while this issue occurs.

All keys were working fine on keyboard testing website.

It happens on every media player, web, local media player vlc, windows etc. I don't use kmp.
