Getting a Fresh Jio Sim.

So i'm going to buy a new jio sim.
Is there any way i will get a fresh number? Fresh number mean like which has no incoming spam texts and has not been deactivated anytime sooner (less than 9 months)?
Like i recently bought a airtel number for my secondary usage it started getting calls for some Hotels, lenskart etc.
 
Get 7 or 6 series numbers. this are most likely to be fresh numbers.
Most of the 9 series number are recycled numbers and prone to SPAM SMSs

The local sim retailer will have just 5-6 numbers, best bet is to go with jio store? Do they have limited stock too or they give lot of options?
 
Jio (Atleast Jio Store) has generic SIMs not assigned to a number, the number is generated then and there by the Jio associate on an app on their phone. They used to have a choice number option also but many retailers deny having such an option, but I have myself got a number with similar digits to my non Jio number by requesting a known shopowner during the start days of Jio.
 

Convenience 101 where customer is treated as the least important entity for their business. I have gotten choice number from the Jio agents who used to sit roadside and outside malls in the initial days. But Jio Store people feel they are Lords who are disturbed in their important businesses by customers.
