My internet speed has been fine, but the ping was fluctuating throughout the day.
Location - Bihar

@WandereR yes have noticed slow speed, through direct LAN I get around 25mbps, over WiFi around 16mbps.

Will notify my LCO. You still having slow internet issue?
My LCO name is Global Network

@Amitbitm My connection to Kolkata is normal. But getting very poor speed for other servers like in Singapore Europe or USA.

My sessions on Railwire keep ending randomly every 1-2 hours and start after 0-60 minutes. Anyone else facing similar issues ?

RailWire Odisha has gone super worst. I am on a 100 Mbps plan but getting 60 Mbps to 70 Mbps on LAN and sometimes goes beyond 20 Mbps. RailWire Kolktata NOC is worst these days.

I Have been getting 22ms to Kolkata from Jharkhand and 103 to SGP servers frequently.. the support blames all shit on LCO where they can't do anything except change ports

RailTel authorities and employees can only blame LCOs after all where the same LCO has taken other ISPs and speed remains butter smooth except for RailTel. Actually RailTel has this problem in their own servers and they lack bandwidth and that is when they play the blame game. RailTel is now worst than the good old days BSNL used to be. Until they lose revenue and customers a big time they are not going to bend down so its high time to ditch them if we have multiple other ISPs.

The most cringe thing is their support doesn't knows anything . They have problems in their international gateway run by airtel in chennai. To add more insult to injury they blame every shit on LCO whereas the LCO is a family friend and I have seen that the problem is not from his side. Also I paid for like 2500 for static IP 3 months ago because they don't allow port forwarding as well as moderate NAT in kolkata region. Iam going to ditch them as soon other ISP comes in this area. I don't care that my money for static IP will be wasted

Airtel/Jio will solve your frequent disconnection problem for sure. But at the cost of ping. Pings are way better compared to both.
