Can't Get My Jio Router Upgraded.

2 month ago i recharge my plan to silver(annual plan) which provide me 100 Mbps, Now jio introduce new plan in which they said in there website faq and msg i got about upgrade that they will upgrade speed of existing user so i got the MSG that my speed from 100 mbps to 150 mbps and unlimited data got upgraded, but i can't take advantage of 150 Mbps because my router is single band also there LAN port are cap at 100 Mbps, i tried to explain there CC they said they will send technician to help me out but every time technician come he don't upgraded my router by saying your plan is silver we cant upgrade you router then what is point of giving me 150 Mbps.
 
Disconnect and get a new connection with free one month.

Its a pain, Try reaching out to local Jio Fiber Store and request for a router replacement, if they don't agree, explore other options such as recharge with 999 plan now which will be in your queue and based on this recharge they should place a request for router replacemt, (It worked for me but note that I was on no plan earlier, Enquire about this with CC for your situation before recharging right away)
