I had applied for a connection on 2/9/20 for Jio Fiber with a promise of connection on 3/9/20. After multiple contacts, nothing was done. I complained on PGPortal and this is the audacity of their response.
"This is with reference to the DOT complaint DOTEL/E/2020/*****. We have investigated and found that the location is not feasible currently for installation of JioFiber. Our team has informed the same to the customer. For the refund he can raise the cancellation from his end to process refund. As per the communication with our team, customer has mentioned that he will raise the disconnection. Once the disconnection is raised the refund will be done in 15 working days."
Are you kidding me? You took my money. Promised me a connection. Can't provide one. Now don't even have the decency to refund me on your own.
Reliance cheated me in 2003 with their phone and they continue to do so in 2020 with their fiber. They are just a nasty company.
