Where did you apply for disconnection. Was it over call to cc, or jio app/web. I don't see an option on app. On web, it is not accepting my order reference no. for refund.

@jiosuckedme Just saw your message. I applied for disconnection by calling customer care. I guess there is no option on mobile app.

I forgot to update.
They refunded 4500 full amount after 90 days.

Main prolem is with staff (Local guys). After it went to higher ones. They got serious on local guy. They transferred full amount.
There is no problem with jio. ** Don't take commercial plan.
