Sure it is a regular wireless router, however it is not a modem / ONT, so you need a fiber ONT separately. This can be used as an access point / router. As this is a pretty old wireless N 300 device, you may no get the full performance if you are on a 100 Mbps plan for example.

Thanks Mr varkey. Do you suggest ONT for Fiber ( which could be used for BSNL fibre & Railwire Fibre ) .
