Reliability of Airtel Fiber Broadband

I am trying to understand whether my local ISP is as reliable as other bigger ISPs. I get disconnects once every day or a couple of days. I tested and I had a total of 70 minutes of break in service over the last week without any assigned cause such as fiber breaking or anything of that sort. Do you have any disconnects on Airtel like that? Or, do you get full 24 hours service without any break for even a second over a week or month?

I used Airtel Xstream from December 2019 to May 2020 and then again using from August 2020 till date.
On a day to day basis I dont face any issue at all. Only faced issue during the Amphan Cyclone where they could not reconnect lines for over 20 days and kept misleading on the call about tentative repair time. Thats when I switched from them.
But the local ISP I selected i.e. Siti Broadband turned out to be awful with 50% speed capping and daily outage at 12-1 pm during peak work time.
Hence I am back to Airtel for the foreseeable future.

@AltusRector So, you get no disconnects at all, other than 20 days during the cyclone. Not even once did you find internet not working for a minute or two?

@codwapeace nope..not a Single Downtime. Worked just perfectly.

Using Airtel Xstream Fiber since 5 months not a single moment till now when Internet is down.

So its pretty reliable as far as my experience till date.
