NAT Unavailable on JioFiber

Hi,

I'm new to this forum so please excuse me if it's already asked and resolved elsewhere on this forum. I did try searching a lot and saw similar issues discussed but no solution.

Internet: JioFiber (Location: Mumbai)
NAT Unavailable on my Xbox One

The problem:
NAT was either moderate or open (sometimes strict but i used to choose alternate port on the Xbox option and it used to become Moderate/Open)
This was the situation till a few days/week or so ago.
Suddenly now, NAT is "Unavailable" on the Xbox, I haven't changed any settings or any hardware setup.

My Xbox is directly connected to the Jio Fiber router (through Wifi) , without any switches/access points/etc

Anyone else facing similar issue and how to resolve it?

Same thing dude, JIO is literally dog shit now mine
And my friends are also NAT UNAVAILABLE. We need raise a big complaint about JIO to change this

Are you getting TEREDO IP ADDRESS CAN BE FOUND if you do nat test in settings ?

Yes, it's frustrating. Some games work and some don't (if it's using p2p connectivity).

Yes same happening for me , my uncle also has jio fiber connection I checked there its working like charm , but it's only my connection that's dng this

I even checked with 2 other jio connections from my frnds and those are fine too
