Hey there!

I read a lot of problems regarding Railwire broadband. However, it would be great for me if you can list them here, especially regarding gaming and the overall stability (speed, downtimes, packet loss etc.).

I saw that a lot people were having issues with CODM and PUBGM, is that resolved? And are you facing problems even in PC games or only these two?

They are not responding to me either. I also tried calling their customer care but no one was available.

The LCO had no idea about it.

I will try mailing to their different email addresses in Chhattisgarh. Let see if they do something.
Try emailing here :
itmspsupport@railwire.co.in

@WandereR

My friend hadsimilar issue, after lot of back and forth emailing, no one took care of the ticket created on railwire site(its still open), finally someone replied from here and issue was resolved .

Its probably email of Bangalore head office .

Kindly share BRAS IP, VLAN ID & ANP Name
Sorry but I know none of them. In my Router, there is no vlan id mentioned. I'm curious about why they would need any of them. Others who have posted about getting Gaming IP never mentioned this.

@WandereR Exactly. I told them I don't know about it. Let see how they respond now.

Apart from that, I got call from Railwire's Chhattisgarh team and they said they will try to raise 'complaint' to assign gaming IP for my account. I asked for timeline but they said it gonna take a while because the complaint will pass through 'various stages'. 😂

@WandereR CODM seems to run great (like it usually do) and PUBGM TDM seems to still have load issue but it takes around 10 seconds to load instead of having to wait around a minute.

However, it could be temporary. Let see how things turn out tomorrow afternoon.

@AkashDS Yes that might be temporary. In the other thread where I posted about how changing my MTU value improved the performance was also incorrect as I've been facing the same issue since then.
