How to Surrender Bsnl FTTH and get the security money?

I disconnected earlier this month. Write an application to SDO and go to exchange. Mine is disconnected but security is pending. They will generate the bill for the remaining unbilled days of this month and adjust. I'm not sure how long will it take for security to come. The lady at the counter said she'll call me when the bill is generated. The new bill will also come in the selfcare portal, so I'll go once that happens.

Most us had to file complaint with pgportal to get refunds.

Forgot security deposit mine had not came in 2 years every time i complaint to pgportal they say short of money.
