Jio Fibre New Connection | Whom to contact ?

I have been applying for a Jiofibre connection from the past 4 years and every single time I get this message for my address, " Coming to your area soon! We are expanding our network rapidly and will contact you once in your neighbourhood. ". My location already has Railwire fibre, and I cannot understand why Jio isn't providing the connection to provide competition after recent revamp of fibre plans. They have dug Jiofibre cables right in front of my house during January 2019. I tried contacting JioCare on twitter and all I get is a bot reply which I am fed up off.

Does anyone know whom to contact in this case? Is there someone responsible for expanding JioFibre in each district, so that I can contact them for getting a connection asap?

Yes, there is an area wise person who can give you an update, but then be rest assured if they started service in a new area they'd keep calling you repeatedly.
I had registered interest in Bangalore, and once they started service, they kept calling me for days even though I wasn't interested at that point due to the plans etc.

So if they aren't reaching out to you, clearly there is no service yet.

Woww. U seem to understand working of Jio perfectly.
And Jio is going to start a institute of eminence shortly.... These are some of the marketing skills they will teach there, I think.....

I visited a Jio store and got the contact of person in-charge. He told me Jio-fibre is to be launched in 2-3 months.

Any Update?
