Airtel Xstream Fiber Delhi users please answer(ftth only)

Please review I want to compare my xstream fiber with airtel direct cities. I have facing serious Latency issues. I heard only lco cities are only facing this issue. Please reply and share your results. Customer Care is of no help.

ps: Please share cloudping.info sc so that I can compare.
 
I didn’t faced surfing or download issue but ping to google is around 50ms which was 9ms 15 days back.

did a tracert to google and route was going through california USA

I think airtel routing for north is messed up.

Can you tell me how you know which geographical path the route is taking? I tried tracert on one of the traceroute map sites and got the following result for google.com:

You can use Intrace on Android. I'd also like to know how to do it on pc other than the above website.

That path is not correct it's very hard to geolocate a certain IP.
From the traceroute I can confirm that the endpoint is in delhi (form the IATA airport code in the dns name) and not US.
Delhi to US won't have 50ms latency either.
