Please in future, start a new thread for new information/question!
also does anyone know which router are they providing with new fiber connections ?

I am using Mi Repeater 2 and have used TP-Link wifi extender also with the Nokia router they have given.

For most of the time these wireless repeaters work normally. However sometimes the connection shows error and the only way to correct is by restarting the extender.

I guess the issue is the lease expiry or the IP Address allocation by the router. I suspect it creates an issue sometimes.

I don't recall but in my usage it has been pretty stable. I use it for like watching YouTube for an hour or so and no disconnections, atleast from the extender. I have the expensive one, the one which I mentioned in my earlier post.

m doing lan to wan, i like to keep my router admin panel easly accessable to do some changes which i do frequently

lan to lan is also possible to make my router as accesspoint but that makes it hard to access the router unless i know the exact ip assigned to my router via modem..

I got a new rs 799 plan fibre connection yesterday in Gurugram. They gave me a new Nokia router with model no. G2425G-A manufactured in July 2020. But they said the 2.4 ghz band will only provide 40mbps even if you stand next to it. I argued a lot that it wasn't the case with other routers like Huawei 8145 and told them to get me some other model and take this cheap shit away. But they didn't have any other router. So I am using Tenda AC10 1200 mbps router by lan which is giving me 110 mbps in 2.4 ghz 10 metres Away in other room while being placed just next to the Nokia router. 5ghz I get around 130 mbps.

Did you see any improvement in signals on 2.5ghz and 5ghz(without AC)? Also, on 2.4 ghz I'm getting 70mbps on a laptop, 40mbps on a Moto G4 and for some reason only 20-30mbps on a D-Link dir 650(old T1 model) even though it should support 300mbps. The 5ghz is pretty much useless, it gives -70dbm in 1 room away but location of router is not great too.
