Voip setup in bsnl ftth(huawei hg850a)

I opted for bsnl ftth connection and took modem on rent.Bsnl gave me Huawei echolife hg850a modem and it does not have bridge mode option.So I am running it in pppoe mode and connected TP-Link wr840n router in dynamic mode.Can you please guide me how to configure voip in modem and router so that I can make calls using zoiper or some sort of sip apps.Voip status is still connecting.

I also had the same ont ie hg850a. This ont supports voip calls through telephone port, for that you have to choose static in ipgetmode and you also need to get ip, gateway, dns details from bsnl. But it does not support voip using zoipper/gs wave because you cannot add a static route in this ont and you will not be able ping the bsnl sip server from your pc.
