Is Airtel Thanks app showing 499 plan for Xstream Fiber connections?

It is showing for me. But I am not a broadband user.

Well it wasnt showing for me also. Called CC and asked to change 799 plan to 499. At first the CC said that he is enabling the option to see 499 for my account (apparently it was disabled from their end). But I still could not see it.
So finally I called them again after 30 mins and blasted them over the call. The poor chap directly enabled the 499 plan which got activated in 30 mins and the app started showing all plans.
Now finally I am on 499 plan. Hope this helps.

How did your even get to CC, 121 doesn't have any option to talk to an actual person. 😶

so blasting on chap is the key to get 499 plan activated, thanks for the suggestion buddy, i guess tomorrow will be a double blasting on chap from me , lets see if he can activate it in my account 😁
Yes bro. They might say that they dont have the option to do it from their end. But pay no heed. Ask them to do it and stop wasting time for you on the call.

How did your even get to CC, 121 doesn't have any option to talk to an actual person. 😶
Used the following IVR after calling 121 -
3 (fixed line services),
1 (selection for providing landline number),
xxxxxxxxxx (landline number),
1 (Confirm),
3 (for issues),
3 (billing related issues)
08 (month)
1 (advance rental issue)

Thanks for the steps. I tried this yesterday from our RMN but with 09 and they just sent me an Airtel Thanks link by SMS. 😣 I'll give it another go today.

I just now contacted them on twitter and via email to request plan change from 799 to 499 for my aunt's account - mentioning her registered mobile number and asked them to call her to confirm and verify the change. lets see if they do it or not. else i will have to visit her place (same town) and install airtel app just to do this 😀

You just need otp from registered number to configure her account on your own phone. I changed fufaji's plan from my phone. Another uncle's connection is sort of stuck because the app is not showing plan change option. Got it changed through customer care just like you. Told them to call him for confirmation. Which they did. But plan is still stuck on Airtel app so hard to say if they have changed it or not.
