How to get symmetrical speeds after upgrade?

So there are many theories that exhaust your data wait for next month. I am getting 250/25 speed right now. How/When shall i get 300/300 speed. Anybody has some confirmed news or experience ?

The C.C. said after the refresh date I'll get symmetrical speeds. Can anybody confirm if they got them after that date

For short expiry of old plans it's not showing. Mine is going to expire on 9 days.

For longer validity it is showing.

Now i have Symmetrical speeds at 300/300 (rebooted today) thank you everybody for the discussion.
