So I guess I have a few hours left before it probably disappears for me as well..

Ah well, it was probably too good to be true..

Yes indeed would have been a great in terms of old customers not feeling dejected and cheated as we paid more for the services all these months and initially as well, although wouldn’t make much difference to anyone who recharges regularly but would have been a customer centric move.

I think that symmetrical speeds are now available on jio since last 1 or 2 days . My friend had shared these with me yesterday and it seems he is getting speed as per new plans. He was on 100Mbps plan earlier with upload speed cap but now is getting more than 100Mbps and the connection was installated in May/June 2020 this year(Area:Kolkata). I can’t get more details as i am personally from other region and using BSNL FTTH.

@ponnitheunreal expecting symmetric speed for the combo plan!
ya they should provide it if YOU count 234 INR including GST for almost A month comes to 28 DAYS
the charges are somewhere around 942 INR

Looks like the sms alerts are not working which usually would notify when a new device connected to the router.

finally got the speed back, only after the expiry of previous plan, although in subscription I am not able to see any ott apps subscribed, anyone else with the same issue ?
