Only speeds are upgraded. No additional apps and you can't see any change in plan name.
I got the upgraded speed just now,restarted the router and tried after half an hour and found that the speed was upgraded however i did not try immediately after restarting the router but i had tried speed before router restart and it was not upgraded also i had restarted it yesterday and speeds were not upgraded so certainly router needs to be restarted to get the upgraded speeds.

Though my speeds are now symetrical & we recd an SMS that plan is upgraded to unlimited, the app does not reflect either the upgraded plan or upgraded download limit. I guess it will happen in due course..... hopefully 🤔
People here are talking about upgraded speed, where as my connection for last 3 days my speed is no more than 15 Mbps, Talking to their CC is of no use and I can't arrange for anyone to come in my society, as my society has not yet given permission for anyone from outside to visit houses.
So is there anyway I can work this out myself ? I have tried switching on/off router, I have the old white router 4500 deposit one.

No I am not seeing any changes in my jio app and also my unlimited data is still not showing in app so I call cc and they told me that my plan is still not have been upgraded and that they have forwarded my request.
try resetting the router
