I had applied for BSNL ftth a month back.Few days ago I had lodged a complain in pgportal. Today I got a call from my point of contact ,he said he Currently cannot provide in my location (not more than 1 KM) and he doesn't care about the complain.Should I make reminder or make a new Grievance altogether ?
Also will it work either way considering he stated he doesn't care ?
