Almost same thing with me. They are sending a text message every day with a new date for rescheduling and this has been going on for 5-6 days now! Today finally someone came to my house and said oh, sorry, but our connection doesn't come this far. I ask, so how far does your connection come reach then? He points to a building which is like 150-160 metres away from me. Now I am to wait 5 days then something positive might happen! These guys either needs to say yes or not straight up so that we can make other arrangements. Letting a customer hang in the middle and extending the timeline is the worst.I am getting SMS from 3 days that XYZ person will handle your application with his number.
Finally today morning after waiting 3 days, I called him. And he disconnected the call (without picking up) and sent reply by SMS.
In SMS he asked for name of the building and OTP. And also mentioned that it will be possible to give connection only if my building already has fiber connection. (which I do not know if there is fiber connection)
So I sent him the details. But there was no reply whole day.
And suddenly in evening I got new SMS but this time person's name and mobile number changed! (OTP remained same)
And now when I am calling the new mobile number, it says "The number does not have incoming facility and will be reactivated after payment"
Overall now I have no clue - if I am getting the connection or not!
PS: This was after I shared my location via whatsapp to some guy who was supposed to setup my connection. He confirmed yes, connection is possible, but today a different guy appears from nowhere, having a different mobile no. of course.
