Is anyone using Reliance Jio Fiber in Agra?

It's been almost a month now, trying to get any fiber connection for my house, sadly I've got nothing yet. Is someone using Jio Fiber? If yes, kindly share me the number of those installation guy or anyone who can at least lemme know the feasibility of Jio Fiber at my place. Thanks in advance!

Are Jio fiber cables underground in your city? They generally don't give a connection if the nearest distribution box is not pretty close to your house, they also don't cross any public or private property for which they may need permission, that has been my experience with them. They have underground cables in my locality and give connections strictly according to their planning.
