So, after trying for almost a month now, many ISP, from BSNL, to Airtel, Timbl.. I've tried but unfortunately, none of them give any service to my place, BSNL did have an OLT installed in my locality though(~600 meters away, and they're saying no to give me connection).

Anyways, I've got a call from Railwire person, and she gave me a LCO number, they said I can get the connection but asked me to wait till 1, and now my question is, how's the presence of Railwire as compared to BSNL? And do they spread the fibre cable on their own, or it's the LCOs spreading cables all the way to a user? I'm probably going to get a Tenda ONU, how's it? Should I stick with that? (My small isn't big, neither I'm going to make use of fast WiFi speeds since the max plan I'll buy is 50 Mbps). I don't have any other ISP in my area.

LCO is generally the one handling the wiring and cables. IMO if you are not paying very high amounts or if the router offered by your ISP is not very bad, you should stick with it. The support they provide in case of any issues is something you may want. Regarding the Tenda onu, it is ok, my LCO has also started providing them in my area. One of my friends got it, most of the options are there, so there must not be any issue.
