Few questions regarding Jio STB

Jio guys were saying that router range from my room to tv hall will be less so it's not possible to set up set top box near TV so I was like I will do it and it worked but there are few things I was unable to configure. I am using another router in bridge mode which is connected to STB

1. I opened My jio on setop box and it is asking for jio fiber service ID, what is that? I tried putting my number, jio fiber number :/ didn't work.

2. How to claim OTT apps subscription? I tried login into Hotstar using my jio number but it wasn't premium.

2. they only give Hotstar vip subscription not premium

Make sure to run your STB on Jio Fiber network only.
Use your RMN (mobile number) to manually login into any account, although everything gets automated when you connect it through Jio Fiber network and you have valid subscription.

What is the latest s/w update on the jio STB. Mine is model JHSD200 on ver 9 & security patch Aug 6 2018. I put it on once in a blue moon. Anyone has anything later for this model? Kept it on for over 1.5 hrs but I don't see any auto updat going on.

I don't know what is going on...no updates from Jio CC on Netflix App and even Voice Commands they accept that its common issue and will be resolved using software update in future...

I have got new Gio-Fiber last month.
Fixed voice phone not working. Also not able to connect to Jio Centrum.
Media sharing through Jio-home is also not working.
Please guide
