Yeah foreign currency markup charge. I remember getting a notif saying it is 1% for one card. But can't find any document for the same
 
yes it is one percent.. i recently did some transaction in appstore and i was charged 59rs extra for 5000. Also it was mentioned in the email they sent when i boarded.

The disturbing thing is that they're not mentioning the new banking partner until you are into the process.
 

banking partner is irrelevant in any case right?
you do not really benefit from any specific bank.
you won't get deals offered on that bank for instance.
 
Did they mentioned it's by idfc earlier?

They should mention bank partner but that won't really make any difference right as we cannot directly reach bank partner support for anything.
 
Their website mentions five banking partners. So you can get any of them.

  1. IDFC First Bank
  2. SBM Bank
  3. South Indian Bank
  4. Federal Bank
  5. BOB Financial

Although I feel that they're done with IDFC.

@Samuel how did u found that link? I have never seen it advertised, bank employee who keep calling for idfc card don't know about this.

Idfc is pushing their cards too much, everyday they call, email, sms non-stop. Once I thought to get it just to get rid of their non-stop spam.
