Update: Got the router updated with 5GHz one and this is free of cost. The technician told that all customers subscribed to Gold or higher plan are eligible for 5GHz router and if no one from Jio has contacted then customer can directly call the customer care and request for the upgrade, they are getting daily 5-6 upgrade requests.
