Airtel Xstream Fiber app

I hope most of you are aware of this app called Xstream Fiber app from Airtel. One can download it from play store on Android mobiles.

It has features like WiFi coverage analyzer, internet speed test, connected devices, etc.

I've setup this app when my Huawei GPON was not in bridge mode. Even after setting up Huawei in bridge mode, I was able to use the app.

Due to various reasons, I had to change my mobile. I've installed the app in another mobile. When trying to log in, it throws a message 'No CPE found' and doesn't log in.

Anyone has any idea how to go about now. Can't one setup the app when the Gpon is in bridge mode. Thanks in advance.

I'm not even able register over this app and tnlstools doesn't reply anything over mail

Same here, I am unable to register at all. It is 4 days since I got this connection - may be some sync issue.

When my Huawei GPON was reverted to router mode from bridge mode for a plan change, I was able to login to the app after connecting to the default router wifi.

Yes this app only works if you are using the GPON provided by Airtel ,🤣🤣

I was able to register today. Maybe it takes a few days for their backend to register.
