Isn't BSNL's 61.1.1 better than other DNS servers, if we don't consider security, privacy etc ?

I am starting a new thread to understand this.

I set my DNS server as the new BSNL's 61.1.1.1 .

Did DNS Benchmark 6 times, with different IP on Fibernet.

What is more relevant Cached, Uncached & DotCom?

If we don't consider security or privacy at all, does this mean BSNL DNS is better ?

I just want the best ping time, is'nt BSNL better that 1.1.1.1 & Google DNS ?

Also when I do an IPleaktest online, It doesn't show the IP I assigned as DNS server!

I have tried cloudflare & next DNS, it doesn't have this problem. Moreover, if I try ipconfig /all , or nslookup it shows correct DNS.

Code:
PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> nslookup google.com
Server:  multiplay.bsnl.in
Address:  61.1.1.1

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    google.com
Addresses:  2404:6800:4007:80a::200e

Ah you have set BSNL Servers as DNS. National Internet Backbone is just BSNL anyways.

When I put in 8.8.8.8 as DNS it shows 172.217.34.x or some IP like that on DNS leak test.

It's fine for DNS leak test to not show the actual DNS IP you put in, just the same organisation like Cloudflare, Google or in your Case National internet Backbone (BSNL)
